Is website design and development really free?
Yes, with an eligible plan there is no separate charge for design and development. We set up a ready-made template with your business content, the logo and colours the template supports, mobile responsiveness, your contact links and the initial launch. It is not free for completely custom designs, unlimited revisions, new functionality outside the plan, pages beyond your plan limit or ongoing content updates. You still pay your plan fee, your own domain and any third-party services.
What exactly does ₹499/month include?
The Starter plan is ₹5,988 when billed annually, which works out to ₹499 per month. Half-yearly (₹599/month equivalent, ₹3,594 per 6 months) and quarterly (₹699/month equivalent, ₹2,097 per 3 months) billing are also available. It includes up to 5 template-based pages, a mobile-responsive design, initial setup and content placement, hosting and SSL, domain connection assistance, WhatsApp, phone and email contact links, basic technical SEO, human technical support for hosting-related issues and one defined prelaunch correction round. It does not include a customer editing dashboard, e-commerce, custom layouts, unlimited changes or ongoing content updates.
Can I pay ₹499 every month?
No. Monthly billing is not available. ₹499 per month is the monthly-equivalent rate when you pay annually. You can pay annually (lowest price), half-yearly or quarterly, always in advance. Half-yearly and quarterly billing cost more per month than annual billing.
Why is annual billing the best value?
We do not charge a separate website design and development fee, so your subscription also covers the setup work as well as hosting, management and support. A longer billing period spreads the setup cost over more months, which keeps the monthly-equivalent price lowest on annual billing. Half-yearly and quarterly billing let you pay in smaller amounts, at a higher monthly-equivalent rate.
Do I need to purchase a domain separately?
Yes. You buy and own your domain name, for example yourbusiness.in, from a registrar such as GoDaddy, Hostinger or Namecheap. We help you connect it and configure DNS within your plan. Domain registration and renewal charges are not included in any plan.
Can I select my own website design?
You can choose any template from our gallery of 64 designs across 8 industries and preview each one live. We apply your content and the logo and colour changes the template supports. Completely custom designs are not included; custom layouts and sections can be quoted as custom development.
Can I edit the website myself?
Not on the Starter and Expanded plans. They do not include a self-editing dashboard, so we make changes for you at the prices listed on our pricing page. The WordPress plan includes the WordPress admin dashboard, and the E-Commerce plan includes a store admin, as set out in your quotation.
How much do website changes cost?
Minor content updates cost ₹199 per request and cover up to 5 simple edits, such as replacing existing text, updating a phone number, email, address, link or business hours, or swapping an existing image. It does not cover new pages or design changes. Larger work is quoted.
How much do additional pages cost?
An additional template-based page costs ₹499 per page, one time. Starter includes up to 5 pages and Expanded up to 15, so if you need many more pages it may be better to upgrade your plan.
What if I need custom development?
Work outside your template and plan scope, such as custom layouts or sections, new functionality, custom forms, integrations or structural changes, is billed at ₹999 per hour. We confirm the scope and get your approval before any custom development is charged. Custom integrations and major redesigns are quoted based on scope.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the new plan, scope and any price difference in writing before anything changes.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included in the Starter, Expanded and WordPress plans for the subscription term. For the E-Commerce plan, hosting is as set out in your quotation.
What happens if I do not renew?
If you do not renew at the end of your billing period, our hosting and management of your website end. Your domain stays yours. Please contact us before your renewal date if you would like to discuss your options.
Who owns my domain, content and website files?
You own your domain name, your business content and your branding. The template designs, code and frameworks we use remain the property of Atgler, and website files are not handed over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Can I move my website elsewhere?
You can point your domain to another provider at any time. Because the template design and files remain Atgler's, a template-based site would need to be rebuilt elsewhere. If you are on the WordPress plan, ask support about content export before you decide.
What support is included?
Real people on WhatsApp (+91 70210 72395) and email (support@atgler.com), Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Starter and Expanded plans include technical support for hosting-related issues. Content changes, extra pages and custom development are charged as listed on our pricing page.
Can I get an online store?
Yes. The E-Commerce plan starts from ₹2,499 per month, billed annually from ₹29,988, and is based on a written quotation covering your products, platform, payment integration and maintenance. Payment gateway charges, premium extensions, shipping integrations and third-party subscriptions are separate unless the quotation says otherwise.
Are Google rankings or leads guaranteed?
No. We build a professional, mobile-friendly website with basic technical SEO, but we cannot guarantee Google rankings, visitors, enquiries or sales.
