Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Atgler India, we are committed to complete transparency in our pricing and client satisfaction. Because our website packages involve dedicated developer time and setup costs, our cancellation and refund terms are structured as follows:
1. Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement
If you change your mind within 24 hours of making payment, and our developers have not yet initiated design adaptation or server provisioning for your website, you are eligible for a 100% full refund, minus any non-refundable payment gateway transaction fees.
2. During Production (After Work Has Commenced)
Once our team has commenced building your website staging link or customizing your template, setup and engineering costs are incurred. If you request cancellation after work has begun but before final domain launch, you may be issued a partial refund at our discretion, deducting a nominal setup fee of ₹1,500 for developer labor already spent.
3. Post-Launch & Completed Deliverables
Once your website has been reviewed, approved during the revision round, and launched live on your domain name, no refunds can be issued for the active subscription year.
4. Third-Party Registrar Fees
Domain registration fees paid to third-party domain registrars (e.g. GoDaddy, Hostinger, Namecheap) are strictly non-refundable as registrars do not permit domain cancellation once issued.
5. How to Request a Refund
